Thank you for using Dibiz ("Dibiz""). This privacy policy tells you how we, Tsupitsal Enterprises LTD ("Dibiz"), use, collect, receive and store personal information collected from your use of Dibiz (including any services it offers). Please read this privacy policy before using Dibiz or submitting any personal information. By using Dibiz, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Agreement which you accepted when you used Dibiz. Any capitalized but undefined term in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning given to it in the Terms of Service. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy whenever you use Dibiz to make sure that you understand how any personal information you provide will be used.
We do not ourselves host Dibiz – all hosting is done by third party service providers that we engage. This means that data you provide us or that we collect from you (including any Personal Information, as defined below) – as further described in this Privacy Policy – is hosted with such third party service providers on servers that they own or control. Regardless of where such third party service providers are located, their servers may be located anywhere in the world. Your data may even be replicated across multiple servers located in multiple countries. Introduction. At all times you may withdraw your consent and ask us to delete such information and we shall do so at a reasonable time following such request.

Account
In order to use the Services that we offer via Dibiz, you must create an account (“Account”). You may also have to provide additional Personal Information as part of the Account registration process and in connection with your ongoing use of your Account. If you wish to delete your personal DIBIZ account, you can delete your account at any time by navigating to "My Account" and clicking on the "Delete account" option and following the instructions on the screen.
Purchases
We may use the tools, software or services of third-party service providers to process transactions on our behalf, in which case you acknowledge and agree to review and be bound by the terms of use and privacy policy of said third-party service provider.
Tracking Technologies
We may use tracking technologies in order to for us to provide Dibiz and present you with information that is customized for you. Please note that 3rd party advertisers and partners may use tracking technology which may collect information about you and we do not control their use of these tracking technologies.
Mobile Device Data
We may collect limited information from your mobile device in order to provide Dibiz. Such information may include your mobile device type, mobile device id, and date and time stamps of Dibiz use. In addition, we may deploy tracking technologies within Dibiz to help us gather aggregate statistics, but we will not use Personal Information for such purposes.
If you submit or we collect Personal Information through the Services, then we may use such Personal Information in the following ways, via any applicable communication channels:
We may use your Personal Information and other information we collect via the Dibiz in order to identify you, provide and improve Dibiz (including any services we offer via Dibiz), offer you our and our partners' and affiliates products and related services that we believe may be of interest to you and in general, communicate with you.
We may transfer your Personal Information to our local or foreign subsidiaries or affiliated companies for the purpose of storing or processing such information on our behalf. Such information may be transferred to other countries. We require that these parties agree to process such information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

We may use Anonymous Information (as defined below) or disclose it to third party service providers in order to improve Dibiz and enhance your experience with Dibiz. We may also disclose Anonymous Information (with or without compensation) to third parties, including advertisers and partners. “Anonymous Information” means information which does not enable identification of an individual user, such as aggregated information about the use of Dibiz.
Dibiz is not structured to attract children under the age of 18 years. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 18 years. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 18 years, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. In the event that we are acquired by or merged with a third party entity, or in the event of bankruptcy or a comparable event, we reserve the right to transfer or assign Personal Information in connection with the foregoing events.
